Located at the intersection of 106 Street and 102 Avenue and on the North East corner of the future City of Edmonton Warehouse Campus Park , this retrofit began as an unassuming office industrial building with good bones.

As our new Head Office, we felt the building required a renovation that would emulate our attention to detail and commitment to architectural excellence. We utilized a simple palette of glass, metal and paint to acknowledge the existing building features, while highlighting the new architectural interventions and fine detailing.

The interior space is refined and welcoming, featuring elements that utilize lighting and natural wood that evoke a sense of comfort in a commercial setting. The space has been designed specifically to allow us to excel at what we do. This will be our home for years to come.
